We have caregivers on-site 24 hours a day to care for our residents. Country Village is a non-medical facility; we follow Doctor's orders for treatment and medication. We provide medication management, so our residents don't have to struggle to remember if they took a medication or figure out the medication dosage. 

 

We work closely with home health agencies on treatments to keep our residents healthy.

When needed, we take our residents to their appointments or act as a surrogate family to go to appointments when family isn't local.
