The Country Village is proud to offer their Respite Programs to the Chico, CA and surrounding communities with our Country Club, Day Program and Respite Care options. The Day Program and Country Club are on-hold because of state Covid regulations.

Country Club
A weekly social program for those with early-stage dementia.
The Country Club meets three days a week for four hours from 10am–2pm. The Country Club is on-hold because of state Covid rules.
Activities include exercise, current events, creative activities, and a monthly outing. A nutritious full meal is provided at noon.
The Club provides the caregiver time to attend to his or her own needs, and the camaraderie of the participants enhances their social experiences.
With our specialized home interior, protected grounds and trained and dedicated staff, you will have peace of mind knowing your loved one is safe and secure.
Day Program
A day drop-off program for adults at any stage or level of care.
The Day Program is a social program that offers caregivers an opportunity to attend to their needs, such as appointments or time to socialize with friends. The Day Program is on-hold because of state Covid rules.
In our Day Program, their loved one receives care and socialization which is important for the well-being of the participant and caregiver.
With extended hours and flexibility to work with your schedule, the Day Program is the ideal solution for family caregivers who need assistance while caring for loved ones with memory loss.
Our trained and dedicated staff provide personalized, loving care, and social activities based on a thorough understanding of each guest’s unique needs.

Respite Care
An overnight drop-off program for Adults at any stage or level of care.
The Country Village Respite Care program provides overnight, weekend, and longer stays for seniors, so their caregivers can have longer periods of time off.
We provide meals, help with activities of daily living, therapeutic activities to fit the needs of our guests, and a safe, supervised environment.
The goal of Country Village Respite Care is to help the caregivers reduce their stress and take a break, while at the same time fulfill the needs of each guest receiving respite care.
Our program is unique, because our minimum stay is only 2 nights. Many other respite programs require a minimum of 5 days.

The Club members engage together in activities such as cognitive fitness, art and music in an environment that enhances socialization. Members join together for lunch and more.
